FIX
eCommerce B2C & B2B

We build eCommerce.B2C, B2Bor both.

We design solid, scalable eCommerce platforms. Not every project covers both B2C and B2B — but we know both worlds deeply and run them together with no compromises when needed.

The platforms

Official partners.
Platform chosen on the project.

We are partners of Magento / Adobe Commerce, Shopify and BigCommerce. The platform choice is not ideological: it starts from analysing your needs — catalog, markets, integrations, team, budget — and we decide together.

Partner

Magento / Adobe Commerce

When the catalog is large, B2B logic runs deep and you need heavy customisation and enterprise integrations.

Partner

Shopify

When time-to-market, smooth experience, D2C brand and simple operations matter — without giving up scalability.

Partner

BigCommerce

When you need a balance of headless flexibility, native B2B features and contained running costs.

No hidden vendor lock-in: we tell you why a platform fits you — and why another one doesn't.

The real problem

It's not selling online. It's building a platform that actually sells.

Most stores are slow, generic and isolated from the rest of the company. The result? Mediocre experiences, hidden costs and growth that stalls before it starts.

Generic, slow platforms

Templates identical to everyone else, loading times that kill conversions and penalties on Google's Core Web Vitals.

Frustrating buying experience

Complicated checkout, no personalization, zero loyalty logic: the customer buys once and never comes back.

Isolated from workflow

Catalog, orders and stock don't talk to the ERP. Data is re-entered manually, with errors and delays.

Hidden costs eating margin

Manual operations, misaligned management and reactive maintenance: costs nobody quantifies but that erode revenue.

The approach

First, optimize costs.
Then scale
revenue.

PHASE 1

Discover and cut hidden costs.

We analyze the operational flow, integrations and maintenance to find and remove inefficiencies that erode margin. Cost optimization is the first profit.

  • Audit production and management costs
  • Automate repetitive processes
  • Integrate ERP and warehouse
  • Proactive vs reactive maintenance
PHASE 2

Build scalable sales.

With costs under control, we design differentiating platforms: fast, integrated and ready to build loyalty. Every investment drives measurable margin.

  • Performance that impacts conversion
  • Simple UX with built-in loyalty
  • Architecture ready to scale
  • Every decision measured on revenue
What we build

Not a website.
A selling system.

01

Intelligent catalog

Thousands of SKUs, always in sync across channels and warehouse.

02

Tailored experience

Every customer sees the price, products and terms that fit them.

03

Full integration

ERP, warehouse and orders connected: data is entered once.

04

Ready to scale

An architecture that holds peaks and grows with your business.

One backend

Catalog, orders, stock — always aligned.

Everything moves from a single source of truth. Changes propagate in real time, across both worlds.

Frequently asked

What clients ask us before starting.

Do you only work on projects that have both B2C and B2B?

No. We build pure B2C, pure B2B or hybrid eCommerce. We know both worlds deeply and choose the right architecture based on your business model — not the other way around.

How do you choose between Magento, Shopify and BigCommerce?

We are official partners of all three. The choice starts from analysing catalog, markets, existing integrations, internal team and budget. We don't push one platform over another: we tell you why one fits — and why another one doesn't.

Can you migrate an existing eCommerce?

Yes. We handle migrations from Magento 1, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, OpenCart or custom platforms to Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce, Shopify or BigCommerce, preserving SEO, historical data, orders and customers.

Do you handle ERP and warehouse integrations?

Yes. Catalog, pricing, orders, stock and invoicing are integrated with your ERP (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, Italian ERPs) so data is entered once.

Is Magento slow?

No, when it's developed by professionals. Most Magento projects perceived as slow are the result of heavy themes, badly written third-party modules and undersized servers. We build on Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce using the Hyvä framework, which drastically reduces frontend weight and brings Core Web Vitals into the green zone — with loading times comparable (and often better) than Shopify.

Is Magento hard to use?

On the admin side, no. The backend is powerful but designed for managing complex catalogs, differentiated price lists and B2B logic. We train your team and, where useful, simplify recurring management interfaces. The complexity lies in the possibilities, not in daily use.

Do I retain ownership of the site?

Yes, always. Code, data, content, domain and hosting are yours. No lock-in: if one day you want to change technical partner, we hand over everything — repository, credentials, documentation — with no strings attached.

What are the maintenance costs of Magento?

They are much lower than you might think. Thanks to a clean architecture, lightweight themes and optimized infrastructure, management costs are drastically reduced compared to traditional projects. We always propose clear, tailored packages with no hidden costs.

How much does a high-performance server cost?

Our dedicated cloud infrastructure starts at €150/month. For small/medium projects the range stays accessible, while enterprise setups with high traffic, CDN, staging environments and high availability grow in proportion. The server is an investment in conversion: a properly sized machine pays for itself in sales.

Complex catalog and two worlds to serve? This is our turf.
